If you are not able to drop your computer off, we'd be glad to help you with your computer problem on-site. If you live within the Greater State College area, we will assist with your repair on-site with no additional fees.

Do you have a more complex computer problem? Drop your computer by our office after scheduling an appointment for fast and cost-effective repairs. Most computers are return 24-48 hours after we receive them for repairs!
*Rush repairs are extra. Call for details.
Why pay for something you didn't get? If we can't fix it, you aren't charged!If we are unable to fix your problem and we are unable to find an alternative solution for you, we will not bill you for the repair.
- Before a Service Call:
- - Gather all Software CDs
- - Backup personal files
- - Compile a list of problems
- - Scan for viruses
- - Restart the computer
- - Check your warranty
- - Remember the power cord (laptops)
